To book your rental and secure your date, we require a 50% non-refundable booking deposit towards your total, plus a $100 refundable security deposit. A refund of the security deposit will only be granted to those that meet the terms of our agreement.

Our Soft Play Agreement and Waiver must be signed and returned in order to confirm your booking.

We accept cash, credit card*, venmo, and zelle.

Your rental covers 4 hours of fun! Additional time may be added for a fee, subject to availability and advance notice.

Each setup includes our customized board that highlights some of our rules as a reminder before entering the play area. You can see that list below :) However, a full list of our rules is included in your rental agreement. Please read and understand it thoroughly before signing. The safety of your little ones is our top priority! A refundable security deposit is collected for your rental to cover damages or incidents that may arise from not following the terms of our agreement. If you have any questions or need clarification regarding our policies, please reach out to us!

Our setups are intended for ages of 0-5 years old (crawlers to preschoolers). For safety reasons, older children are not permitted to play in the play area.

Our 50% booking deposit is non-refundable.

All other payments are refundable unless cancellation occurs within three days of your event, in which they become non-refundable.

However, should you need to cancel/ reschedule within three days of your event, we will hold the full amount paid as a credit for up to 12 months from your original event date.

*Please note* We do not setup outdoors if rain or gusty winds are predicted in the forecast, nor do we provide any refunds in these cases. We highly recommend an indoor back up plan and will work with you to come up with something suitable.

Depending on your event and the space available, we offer both indoor or outdoor setups!

Outdoor setups must be on a flat, dry surface that is free of water, debris, pet waste, excessive dirt, and any obstructions. Yards should be mowed to a reasonably short height.

Indoor spaces should be cleared of clutter and obstructions.

We try to limit direct sun exposure to our soft play equipment. For safety reasons, in warm weather, we require outdoor setups to be in a shaded area. We recommend use of our luxe canopy tent to shade your setup and keep it cool for the little ones! It’s a bonus that most of our items are white and stay cooler in the Florida sun!

Yes, the first 30 miles is free of charge. After that it is $0.99 per mile.

We are happy to service Hernando County and the Nature Coast including but not limited to Spring Hill, Brooksville, Citrus County, Trinity, New Port Richey, Lutz, certain areas of Hillsborough and the greater Tampa Bay Area!
